Re-entering-the-chat

(None of this post was generated by AI - it’s straight from the heart, I promise; though I did have my English-teacher wife proof it!)

Having the good fortune of spending most of the last 20 years leading technical teams, my time has mostly been spent trying to clear hurdles and provide support for many talented individuals. In this role, my deliverable often took the form of emails and decks. For the past 6 months, something really changed for me…

As I learned more about our new AI capabilities, I developed a personal “obsession” (as my wife calls it). From building n8n workflows using ChatGPT’s guidance to ReactJS apps with Cursor doing the heavy lifting, and now dabbling in multi-agent orchestration with Claude, my technical chops are reinvigorated in a way I never imagined would happen.

My love of learning was reignited. The reason I leaned in so hard is now obvious: It is REALLY FUN to solve problems with AI!

Anyway, I would love to hear if there are other previously-jaded-technologists out there with similar experiences. Maybe I’m alone, though I suspect not.
